Yes, by appointment. A tasting fee may apply and is often credited to your event when you book.
We primarily cater the Chicagoland and Fox Valley region (e.g., Elgin, St. Charles, Geneva, Schaumburg, Naperville, and nearby suburbs). Travel beyond this area may be available; additional mileage or travel fees can apply.
Weddings and large events often book 6–12 months ahead. Corporate and social events typically book 3–8 weeks out, while smaller drop-offs need at least 7–10 days. If your date is sooner, ask—we’ll help if we have capacity.
Yes. Full-service includes planning support, professional staff, onsite setup, service, and end-of-event breakdown of our service areas. Drop-off is chef-prepared and delivered ready to enjoy with labeled disposables and simple setup.
Absolutely—common requests include vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free menus. Severe allergies are handled with care; however, our kitchen is not 100% allergen-free. Tell us what you need and we’ll propose safe, delicious options.
Yes. We can staff professional bartenders and coordinate beer, wine, signature cocktails, or BYO support per venue rules. We also source bars, glassware, ice, linens, china, tables, chairs, and other event rentals as needed.
Weddings, corporate meetings and galas, holiday parties, open houses, fundraisers, showers, birthdays, memorials, and more. If you can gather people for it, we likely cater it.
Share your date, venue address, guest count, service style (full-service or drop-off), budget range, timing, and any dietary needs or theme. We’ll return a customized menu with an itemized proposal.
Minimums vary by date, distance, and service type. Pricing is typically per person and reflects the menu, staffing, rentals, and timeline. We tailor packages to your goals and will recommend smart adjustments to fit your budget.
A planning consult, a custom menu, professional staff, buffet/station or plated setup, chafers and serving utensils, basic disposables, and end-of-event breakdown of our service areas. China, linens, décor, and specialty rentals are available on request.
A retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before the event. Final guest count is typically due 7–10 days prior. Because we reserve staff and product for you, reductions or cancellations after deadlines may incur fees.
Yes. We can operate in traditional venues or pop-up environments. We’ll confirm power, water, load-in logistics, parking, and any permits or venue insurance certificates needed to execute smoothly.
